I've used Cathy both to buy and sell my condo. She is extremely professional and helpful and a joy to work with. She shows up when she says she will, gets right back to you (and I had a ton of questions) and went above and beyond to help find the right place for me. She still sends me notices about condo sales in my complex just to keep me posted on how things are moving. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone buying or selling a place!

Cathy is a wonderful realtor and consistently goes above and beyond. She is competent, reliable, and hard-working! I always felt updated on pertinent details. Living an hour away from the property I'm selling was not always easy, but Cathy was always there to offer her services. highly recommend!

52 Florence Ave. I noticed that the neighboring homes say multiple occupancy. Can anyone clarify what that means?

There are some two family homes in the neighborhood. It is a GREAT area - steps to the Sea Wall and some wonderful parks.
